We are open Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm
How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment you can either call our reception during practice hours on (02) 6686 7696 or book online. If you would like to see first-hand the space we have created and have the opportunity to talk through any concerns with our friendly staff please feel free to call in and speak to our reception staff during our office hours.

How can I pay?
– We offer a variety of payment methods including EFTPOS / credit card facility and now Afterpay.
We now offer as a payment option at our practice.
Pay for dental appointment over four simple instalments.
We ask that you have ready for your dental appointment:
- AFTERPAY app downloaded on your phone
- Barcode / After pay Card ready
- Notify our reception team before treatment that you are using AFTERPAY as your preferred payment method.
– HICAPS claims can be made on the spot for patients in funds
– Veteran Affair’s Patients welcome.
– We bulk bill children who are eligible under The Child Dental Benefit Schedule.
Will you remind me when I need my next appointment?
We follow up patients after certain procedures and also recall patients to remind them when they are due for their next check-up via a mobile text messaging system, telephone, email or letters
Please do let us know if you do not wish to be on the recall or mailing list.
Do you accept medical insurance?
We accept most major health insurance providers, please contact us on (02) 6686 7696 and will be happy to provide more information.
We are preferred providers for HCF insurance (more for teeth program) CBHS Health Fund and NIB.
Can I get an emergency appointment?
We have a number of emergency appointments available daily, please contact our reception staff on (02) 6686 7696 to check availability.
